Renewal, repairing and straightening of following work items

  • Firstly NDT inspeciting, class inspecting and marking with paint of areas that will be renewed or will be straightened. Renewal of low thicker areas and steels in very bad condition and straightening of deformed areas as per marking by class and vessel representatives.
  • General steel repairing areas: Flat bottom, bilge strake, side shell, main deck, Hatch coaming, hatch cover, inner hull, inner bottom, inside of the ballast tanks and accomodation
  • Renewal steps: Inspecting, marking, cutting, girinding, fitting preperations, mounting the plate, welding from inside, gouching with carbon outside, welding from outside as full penetrattion, final girinding, NDT testings, air pressure testings and washing & painting.
  • All welders, all consumables and all steel plates to be certified by the class.
  • After finishing of all works reports and drawings to be presented to class and owner.
  • Steel works can be carried out at pier, in floating dock or at anchorage area according to situations
